Jess was a magnificent MC. She acted as a guide and mentor (Who knew that we didn’t actually have to have a service at the crematorium but could go to a venue of choice and have a bespoke ceremony?) We did it exactly the way we wanted under her caring, sensitive stewardship. At a most traumatic and distressing time, Jess (and Fran and Carrie from A Natural Undertaking) helped us navigate our way round the system and create something authentic to my husband’s life well-lived and his family and friends.
